Learn 2 Flip: Tumbling & Trampoline Program


Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination.  In our Learn 2 Flip Tumbling & Trampoline program, your child will participate on tumbling, trampoline,Tumbl Trak, double mini, single mini, and also bars and beam to further develop strength and coordination.

There are 2 levels to our 45 minute Tumbling & Trampoline classes (curriculum below) with 4 optional, not required, competitions during our school year session, in which the athletes will be invited to participate.

Registration $40 (includes picture fee & a t-shirt)

Tuition options:

  • Monthly: $48/month cash or online bill pay

  • ½ Year: $192 check or cash (Sept & Jan)

  • Full: $345.60 check or cash

Length: 45 minutes, 1x per week

Class Dress Code: Girls: Leotard and gymnastics shoes ($25 for gymnastics shoes – includes tax), no skirt or tights. Boys: T-Shirt tucked into elastic waistband shorts with gymnastics shoes.

Competition Opportunities: 3 local optional competitions - $40 each + $20 AAU membership paid with 1st competition
Winterset Gymnastics Competition Team: Girls Leotard $45, Boys Uniforms see Holli for details. Competition attire only needed if participating in competitions.


Learn 2 Flip

Pre-Qualifications: Children new to gymnastics and excited to learn!! No experience necessary. Learn 2 Flip Introduces the skills and drills necessary to learn back handsprings and flips.

Learn 2 Flip Advanced

Pre-Qualifications: Holli’s recommendation and mastered execution of all skills listed for Level 1, specifically a strong, independent handstand snap up, run round-off snap up, knowledge of body positions.

Learn 2 Flip Advanced may be used as extra help for Competition students who wish to have extra practice time and/or wish to have extra handspring/flip help.
